I was drawing from an early age, then got obsessed with comics, starting drawing my own - fell in with that crowd at school, joined bands, made album covers and posters etc... I worked as a comic artist and illustrator in NZ for a bit - but it was in JAPAN in the early 90s that my career really flourished... Hysteric Glamour and Mini, Tokyo Journal, Parco etc. In the mid 90s I moved to NYC and continued there... NY Times, Nickelodeon, MTV and so it went until I needed more $$$ to support the family and lost my self in the world of adverti$ing. Later when I returned to NZ in the mid noughties I worked a bunch for Hys Mini again and did Lemmy Lemonade for Karma Cola. I'm still drawing and have been slowly chipping away at a few graphic novel ideas... so you know y'never know - one of these days eh?
